To make your stay delightful, please go through the following:

Homestay Policy:

  • Check-in 12.00 Noon , Check-out 10.00 AM
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in
  • Booking will be confirmed subject to full payment.
  • The tourists with advance booking/walk-in tourists should pay full occupancy charges, extra guest charges and luxury tax for number of days for which he requires accommodation and make all necessary entry (in his own hand writing) in the occupancy register before taking possession of the room.
  • Online Resort/Hotel Reservation tourists should carry a printout of booking receipt / Email copy or SMS & copy of photo I.D.proof and produce it to the Resort/Hotel Manager at the time of check-in.
  • A refundable deposit of Rs.500/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per room will be collected from the tourist by the Resort Manager before occupying the room.The said deposit will be refunded to the tourist in full at the time of departure after he settles all the bills and signs the occupancy register.

Amendment:

  • Amendment not permitted 0-3 Days prior to the arrival date.
    • For the First amendment, a charge of 10% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.
    • For the Second amendment, a charge of 25% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.
    • Any subsequent amendment, a charge of 100% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.
  • Accommodation reserved should be occupied on the first day of reservation or at the latest on the following day before check-in time otherwise 100% amount will be forfeited
  • No Refund admissible for Shorterning period / unoccupied period / or any other reason.
  • An accommodation is blocked for maximum of 24 hours and automatically relieved after the expiry of the period.
  • More than 2 pax per room will be charged extra.
  • Outside Drinks and Food are not allowed in the premises.
  • All meal plans include vegetarian food only. Extra charges will be applicable to non-vegetarian food.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited he in the entire premises of the mango villa.
  • All footwear must be left on the rack outside the main door.
  • Visitors to the guest will be restricted from entering the premises unless prior permission is sought from the property manager.
  • The guest cannot conduct any kind of celebrations or gatherings without seeking proper permission (in writing or email) from the property manager.*A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in in the form of cash/debit card/credit card.
  • Restaurant/Kitchen is attached, hence cooking is not allowed in Rooms and in premises.
  • In case of failure of Air-condition unit, the tariff will be considered as non A.C. rooms tariff. In that case No Full Refund would be given. Only Rs.500/- will be returned to the tourist for Failure of A.C.
  • Due to loadsheding of Electricity supply, MTDC would operate Generator Sets partly in some of the Resorts. However, this would not substitute 24 hrs. electricity supply for operation of A.C. units, Geysers etc. In that case NO REFUND would be given.
  • Intercom & Cable connection with color T.V. is a additional facility provided to the tourists. In case of failure, No refund would be given.
  • # All extras must be paid directly at The Mango Villa.

    # Tariff is subject to revision as and when required.

Child policy:

  • Children of any age are welcome.
  • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Extra Beds policy:

  • Age 6 – 12 years: Extra bed upon request
  • Age 12+ years: Extra bed upon request

There is no capacity for cots at this property.

No age restriction:

There is no age requirement for check-in (Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult)

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

The fine print:

  • Please note payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Please get in touch with the property to complete the booking process.
  • Please inform The Mango Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 15 days prior to check in – 10% will be deducted from the amount
  • 15-7 days prior to check in – 20% will be deducted from the amount
  • 7-3 days prior to check in – 50% will be deducted from the amount
  • 2-0 days prior to check in – NO REFUND
  • No Refund will be given for long weekends, Festivals like Diwali, New Year, Holi

Refunds:

  • In case of cancellation of booking booked through Credit/Debit Card, the refund will be made of in the name of Credit / Debit Card Holder’s Bank only.
  • In case of cancellation of booking made through Cash / D.D. or any other mode of payment, the refund will be made through cross cheque / RTGS / NEFT only.
  • In case of booking made through travel agents, the cancellation / refund will be made by the concerned travel agents only.

Policy for COVID-19 prevention:

We hope and pray you, your family, and friends are safe and sound during such unprecedented times.

All of us at The Mango Villa, have always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests.

With the risks associated with COVID-19, we have implemented a number of measures in accordance with the World Health Organization and Ministry of Tourism guidelines, as mentioned below-

  • Having Arogya Setu App is compulsory.
  • Checking of body temperature and necessary parameters will be conducted at the entry point for all guests. Any guest with a temperature above 99.1℉ will be refused admission.
  • Wearing of mask and sanitization of hands is compulsory.
  • Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • All footwear must be left on the rack outside the main door.
  • Guest must follow the guidelines explained by the property manager regarding their movement in the premises for COVID-19 reason.
  • More than 2 persons per room is not allowed.
  • Guest should not use common spaces.
  • Visitors to the guest are not permitted in the premises.
  • The guest cannot conduct any kind of celebrations or gatherings in the premises.
  • Food and beverages will be served near room and must be consumed in the room itself.
  • Housekeeping Service will not be provided in the room during the stay.
  • Guest are requested to limit themselves to their respective rooms in property.
  • Incase of any misconduct or non-cooperation by the guest, the manager reserves the right to get the room immediately vacated by the guest, without any refund.

Special care taken:

  • All touch points in public areas like the door handle, elevator buttons, countertops, table tops, and railings are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer or disinfectant.
  • Masks and disposable gloves are being worn by all staff members.
  • For the safety of our guests, rooms are sanitized after every guest check out and kept vacant for 24 hours.
  • Any guest who indicates COVID-19 symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.

# Dispute resolution, if any :

  • Any dispute, difference or controversy, between the Parties which may arise, shall, unless amicably settled within 30 days, be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator, nominated by the owner of ‘The Mango Villa’ and consented by the guest. In case of no unanimous decision taken by the Parties, regarding appointment of the Arbitrator, Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be applicable. The venue of arbitration shall be Ratnagiri. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Any award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties and shall be enforceable by the relevant courts, which can enforce the award. The award shall be in writing at the request of any Party to the arbitration proceeding. The award shall be rendered within thirty (30) days after the close of all proceedings.
  • All costs of the arbitration (including attorneys’ fees and fees for witnesses and expert witnesses) shall be borne by the respective Party.
  • This Agreement shall be governed for all purposes by the Laws of the Republic of India.
  • The governing language of this Agreement is the English language, which language shall be controlling in all respects. No translation, if any, of this Agreement into another language shall be of any force or effect in the interpretation of this Agreement or in determination of the intent of any of the Parties.
  • The Courts of Ratnagiri shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of any other court.
